On 20/09/2025 Italian climber Claudia Ghisolfi sent her second 9a, TTT in the Gorges Du Loup in France.

A German expedition comprised of Julius Brunner, Sebastian Gantz, Hanna Kallweit and Rosa Windelband have made a team free ascent of the famous 'Eternal Flame' on Nameless Tower (Trango Tower, Pakistan).

Italian climbers Pietro Vidi and Alessandro Larcher have successfully made a free ascent of 'Joy Division' (800m, 8b), on Mount Qualido in Val Di Mello, Italy. The pair redpointed the first pitch, graded 8b, after having free climbed the rest of the route.

Edu Marin, climbing with Juan Pablo Caballero, has made the second repeat of 'Egoland' on the south face of Marmolada (Dolomites, Italy). The report by the Catalan climber about his ascent of this 8c/c+ max multi-pitch.

Last summer the Italian mountain guides Niccolò Bruni and Gianluca Marra established 'Diretta al Borelli' on the south face of Mont Noir de Peuterey in Val Veny, in the Mont Blanc massif.

On 24 August 2025 Massimo Da Pozzo and Giordano Riello made the first ascent of 'Cerullova' on Torre Grande in the Cinque Torri group abovea Cortina d’Ampezzo in the Italian Dolomites.

Earlier this summer Luca Ducoli and Leo Gheza made the first ascent of 'Il Tempo Sospeso' on the south face of Furcia Rossa III in the Fanis Dolomites. Gheza reports.

On 11 August Janina Reichstein and Luisa Deubzer repeated 'Headless Children' (8b, 250m) on Schijenfluh, Rätikon. The pair made an ecopoint ascent, travelling to the mountain to work the route by train, bus and hitchhiking. Deubzer reports.

At La Stazione in Val Tanaro (Italy) Stefano Carnati mananged to flash the 8c 'Paranoid'. A few days later he sent two 9a's, 'Prima Classe' and 'Vivi si Muore'.
