Dürrenhorn SW Face skied by Michael Arnold, Vivian Bruchez, Tom Lafaille On 27 May 2023 Michael Arnold, Vivian Bruchez and Tom Lafaille skied the SW Face of Dürrenhorn in the Mischabel range of the Pennine Alps in Switzerland. The 700m line was skied with one abseil and is called GoldenEye.

Aleksandra Taistra repeats Genius, hard & runout multipitch in Sardinia On 20 April 2023 Polish climber Aleksandra Taistra repeated Genius (8b, 300m) on Monte Ginnircu in Sardinia, Italy. Established in 2010 by Fabio Palma, Domenico Soldarini and Matteo della Bordella, the line had previously been ascended completely only once before, by Pietro dal Prà in 2012.

Brooke Raboutou, Mejdi Schalck win Boulder World Cup 2023 debut in Hachioji The first stage of the 2023 Boulder World Cup was won in Hachioji, Japan, last weekend by Brooke Raboutou and Mejdi Schalck. This is Raboutou's first ever IFSC World Cup gold medal, Schalck's second.

Will Bosi repeats Burden of Dreams 9A in Finland! On 12 April 2023 Scottish climber William Bosi made the coveted second ascent of Burden of Dreams in Lappnor, Finland. Established by Nalle Hukkataival in 2016, this was the first ever boulder problem to be graded 9A and even today is considered the hardest boulder problem in the world.
