In March 2023 at Meteora in Greece the Italians Luca Giupponi, Rolando Larcher and Maurizio Oviglia established the multi-pitch climb Pythagoras (150m, 7a max, 6c obligatory) on the Sourloti Tower. Oviglia reports.

Italian climber Federica Mingolla has repeated Hotel Supramonte, the famous multi-pitch climb in the Gola di Gorropu gorge in Sardinia, established ground-up between 1998 and 1999 by Rolando Larcher and Roberto Vigiani.

On the 14th of May 2023 Sébastien Berthe from Belgium and Hugo Parmentier from France climbed 100 different 7A boulder problems in Fontainebleau in a single day. Berthe provides the details of this challenging link-up which the pair completed by fair means, ie by bike or on foot.

On 20 April 2023 Polish climber Aleksandra Taistra repeated Genius (8b, 300m) on Monte Ginnircu in Sardinia, Italy. Established in 2010 by Fabio Palma, Domenico Soldarini and Matteo della Bordella, the line had previously been ascended completely only once before, by Pietro dal Prà in 2012.

The report by Michele Caminati who has made the first ascent of Toewalker on the porphyry crags at Bozen in the South Tyrol, Italy. The single-pitch trad climb is graded E7 6c.

Belgian climber Sébastien Berthe has managed to flash 'Le Voyage' (8b+/E10) at Annot in France. First ascended by James Pearson in 2017, it is considered one of the hardest trad climbs in France.

At Masua in Sardinia Maurizio Oviglia, Cecilia Marchi and mountain guide Marco Bigatti have rebolted two multi-pitch routes, 'Non spezzarmi il cuore' and 'Hard o Soft?'. Adam Ondra has completed the first free ascent of Příklepový strop, a historic aid line in the Macocha cave at Moravský Kras, Czechia. The 5-pitch multipitch now checks in at 8b+ max.

In July 2022 Jan Novak and Thibau Grandjean made the first ascent of Circoncision (150m, 7a+) a new 150m multipitch on Lemur Wall in the Tsaranoro mountains of Madagascar. Novak, usually behind the lens of his camera, reports.
