Marcello Bombardi frees A pugni chiusi (9a) in Valle dell'Orco In Valle dell'Orco, Italy, Marcello Bombardi has made the first ascent of 'A pugni chiusi' (9a). Located at the Ice Park crag, the climb freed on 18 October 2025 was bolted by valley locals Andrea Migliano, Manuel Bracco and Simone Papalia and is 100% natural.

Marcello Bombardi repeats La Fenice, 8c multipitch at Rocca dei Campanili 32-year-old Marcello Bombardi has repeated 'La Fenice' on Rocca dei Campanili del Mongioie in NW Italy. Graded 8c max, 7c obligatory, this 150m multipitch was established and freed ground-up by Matteo Gambaro and Alessandro Cariga in 2021.
