Ski mountaineering competitions are without a doubt the phenomenon of recent years. Dozens and dozens of competitions that attract hundreds of contestants, from night competitions in the Dolomites to ski raids such as Tour du Rutor and the world famous Mezzalama, the mythical Monte Rosa competition that celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
