The ascents which, at Arco, resulted in victory at Rock Master Lead 2013 for Ramón Julian Puigblanque and Mina Markovič. For the Spaniard this was his historic 7th victory, an absolute record that places him above everyone else, including those who have shaped the history of climbing and competitions such as Lynn Hill (5 times), Angela Eiter (6 times) and François Legrand (4 times). It's worth underlining that Puigblanque's Saturday night ascent was one of the best of all times, thanks also to the route setters Leonardo di Marino, Donato Lella and Luigi Billoro. For Mina Markovic this first place is the culmination of a dream of a lifetime that began, exactly like Rock Master, 27 years ago. The Slovenian has competed in Arco 4 times. Her results? A true upwards climb: 4th place in 2007, 3rd in 2008, 2nd in 2009 and now victory! (Read the competition report)
