The first ever Quebec Cup took place in Canada this January and February and was won by Martin Lajoie and Myriam St-Louis
The first ever Quebec Cup took place in Canada this January and February.

Promoted by kayland, this Cup got underway in Boloeil on 26 January, and was followed by Rivière-du-Loup on 1-2 February, Québec on 8 February, to finish at the Festival du Pic à Glace at Trois-Rivières on the 16th.

Martin Lajoie won all four stages to take overall vicotry in the men's event, while Myriam St-Louis fared only slightly worse with three victories.

The event was organised by Yannick Girard, representative of Kayland and Jean-Philippe Villemaire, technical director of the Festiglace The North Face du Québec.
