Hannes Pfeifhofler and Jenny Lavarda win the second stage of the Alpin Cup 2004/5 in Val Passiria
| The second stage of the Italian Alpin Cup took place in Val Passiria last weekend and was won by eighteen year old Hannes Pfeifhofler, ahead of hot favourite Bubu Bole and Herbert Klammer. The women's event was won by Jenny Lavarda, the italian sports climbing champion who, for the first time ever, decided to take part in an ice climbing competition. Lavarda beat Silvia Cian Monica Gemelli. The third and penultimate stage of the Alpin Cup will take place at Riva di Tures this weekend.
