European Youth Cup, Aprica, the results
Over one hundred entrants competed in the second stage of the European Youth Cup 2000
| The second stage of the European Youth Cup took place in Aprica, Italy last weekend in front of an enthusiastic crowd. About one hundred entrants from Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Germany, Great Britain, Holland, Spain and Italy competed in the two day event in which French team, notably, did not participate. The Junior event was won by Tomas Mrazek (CZE) and Alexandra Eyer (SUI0, the Youth A event by Simon Anthamatten (SUI) and Natalija Gros (SLO), the Youth B event by Jorg Verhoeven (NED) and Maja Vidmar (SLO). The Slovenian team impressed all with its fantastic overall performance: 2nd, 3rd and 4th place in Juniors female, 1st, 3rd and 4th in Youth A female, 3rd in Youth B male and 1st in Youth B female.
