| On Sunday 11 December the fifth Compéticimes will take place at the “Mont-Blanc Escalade” climbing wall at Les Houches-Chamonix. The endurance competition, this year entitled “Challenge Massimo Farina” in memory of the late mountaineer and climber who won the competition last year, is open to all. The competition formula is the standard 50 routes from 4a - 8c, and the competition begins at 10.00am. Points are awarded to the difficulty of the route and the number of routes climbed, and the event closes with a prize giving ceremony and a grand buffet.
