As previously reported, Spain’s Edu Marin has established a huge new multi-pitch through the wildly overhanging Grand Arch roof at Getu in China. Bolted ground-up, Valhalla ascends one side of the tunnel, traverses across the roof for nearly 250 meters, and then exits up the other side. Described as "authentic madness", the line is "a crazy a 3D climb and of course extremely physical. It has several pitch’s of 8c, 8c + and a possible 9a." While Marin managed to complete the climb, time ran out before the he succeeded in freeing all the pitches.
