Seven years ago it was legendary Kurt Albert who first sensed and indicated the line. Stefan Glowacz subsequently bolted those 4 pitches, steep then overhanging, highly technical and always exposed in the Gorges du Verdon. To be precise, on the Rivière Gauche and therefore on the other side of the river compared to La Palud and the majority of the other routes in this magnificent gorge. A challenge, beautiful and also extremely difficult which, for a thousand reasons, remained a dream. Locked away until recently, when Glowacz and Christian Schlesener decided to give it another go as can be seen in this video. Who knows how long it'll remain a project?
