Simon Montmory
After the highly popular Wings for Life established in 2008 and Wild Country first ascended two years later, the small island of Telendos just off Kalymnos has now been enriched with another multi-pitch route, Inspiration. The 150m 7a+ line was equipped by Frenchman and now Kalymnos local Simon Montmory and climbs steep ground to the right of the amazing arch.
The mountain guide described the route as ascending "very nice rock, well-protected and steep from beginning to end. It will need more people to climb to clean it, but after some more climbers it will be excellent."
