Giorgia Tesio is one of Italy's rising stars. The 14-year-old climber from Mondovì moves effortlessly from rock to plastic, from bouldering competitions to Lead comps, and her results are startling: Italian Under 16 Bouldering Champion, 3rd place at the Italian Lead Cup in Padova and the famous Varazze testpiece Rampage 8A, to name just three quick examples. Tesio's climbing is fuelled by a youthful, fresh joy as can clearly be seen in this video by someone who knows a thing or two about climbing's joys: Christian Core.
