First Chris Sharma travels to Yosemite where he teams up with valley local Tommy Caldwell to attempt an old Dean Potter project on Leaning Tower, then he moves on to Pine Creek Canyon close to Bishop to try his luck on Everything is Karate, a new 5.14c/d / 8c+/9a freed by Ethan Pringle last April. Despite the heatwave and a freak accident, at 7:30 am in late October Sharma succeeded in the first repeat of this slightly overhanging, extremely technical granite line.
