There are plenty of Campus Board training videos online. But this one, by Sean McColl, is more explicative than most and provides the answers (in part) as to why the Canadian climber manages to win podium places so often in both the Lead and Bouldering World Cups. It's worth noting that on his blog McColl states "a big step in my training is stretching." Evidently to be as complete as possible what you need is not just incredible raw power.
