Adam Ondra, video of Chilam Balam and La Planta de Shiva

The first video to hit the internet, admittedly fairly amateur, was viewed almost 30,000 times in just over two months. It's clear therefore that last April's first repeat of Chilam Balam 9b in the massive Villanueva del Rosario cave in Spain interests climbers greatly, especially since the protagonist is that man, Adam Ondra, from whom one can always learn a trick or two.

Now the time has come for the "official" video of that immense overhanging traverse along the lip of the roof, with a comment by first ascentionist Bernabè Fernandez. Just a few meters away from Chilam Balam lies La Planta de Shiva, a former project which Ondra freed at 9b during that blazing April which has no other rivals in the history of sport climbing.

The film is shot by the Spanish photographer Bernardo Gimenez who happened to document Ondra's 8c+ on-sight of Mind Control at Oliana a few weeks earlier. prima.
