Denis Urubko is more than a CAMP athlete: he is a great friend who periodically visits our headquarters in Premana to meet designers and technicians. In his mountain adventures, Denis tested our products at the maximum level bringing ice axes, crampons, carabiners, helmets and harnesses on the highest peaks of the world, climbed in alpine style by new routes.
Denis knows very well our gear and his technical suggestions are always very important for our designers to realize more reliable, functional and lighter products. We can say that in our products you find the unique experience of Denis Urubko.
We cooperate with Denis for almost twenty years. Thanks to him, CAMP and CASSIN products became actors in some of the most important and impressive contemporary Himalayan ascents as new routes on Broad Peak, Manaslu, Cho Oyu and Lhotse.
