Västervik in Sweden first appeared on our radar in 2013 when Italian climber Niccolò Ceria visited the area. Located just three hours south of Stockholm, this compact granite offers some world-class bouldering as Alexander Megos can testify: the German recently visited the area not once but twice and climbed circa 20 problems between 8A and 8B, before establishing his German Roulette 8A+ and Game of Shadows 8B.
