Climbing Technology presents its 14 athletes: the Team CT

Climbing Technology, an Aludesign S.p.A brand, the company from Cisano Bergamasco that for almost thirty years have developed and produced equipment for climbing, mountaineering and working at height, today, on the 20th of April the athlete’s team is presented: the Team CT.
14249 For some time Climbing Technology had the desire to create a team which would reflect the company values and that would represent the passion of CT in the world of climbing and mountaineering, and that could, in a professional manner give suggestions to the usage and the innovations to be implemented in new equipment.

The first to be ‘recruited’, the captain of the mountaineering team, was the South Tyrolean Tamara Lunger. She carried the name of CT when she attempted to climb Manaslu in her latest winter expedition alongside Simone Moro.

The members of team CT are: Tamara Lunger, 29 years old from South Tyrol, the high altitude mountaineer will be the captain of the mountaineering team. Silvio Reffo, 25 years old from Vicenza, captain of the climbers group. (onsight grade 8c/+, redpoint grade 9a+). Daniel Fuertes Olles, 35 years old from Zaragoza, sport climber, (onsight grade 8b+, redpoint grade 9a) Matteo Gambaro, 40 years old from Cuneo, sport climber, (onsight grade 8b, redpoint grade 9a) Bernardo Rivadossi, 33 years old from Brescia, sport climber, boulderer, mountaineer, (onsight grade 8b, redpoint grade 9a). Elena Chiappa, 31 years old from Cuneo, sport climber and boulderer, (boulder grade 7c+, onsight grade 7c, redpoint grade 8b). Roberta Longo, 34 years old from Trentino, sport climber, (onsight grade 7c, redpoint grade 8b). Enrico Bonino, 34 years old from Aosta, mountain guide, mountaineer, ice climber and has done expeditions outside of Europe. Alessio Roverato, 31 years old from Padova, climber and mountaineer, (onsight grade 7c, redpoint grade 8b+). Making up the group of the youngsters: Giorgia Tesio, 14 years old from Cuneo, boulderer and sport climber, (boulder grade 8a+, onsight grade 8a, redpoint grade 8a+). Pietro Biagini, 15 years old from Genoa, sport climber and boulderer, (boulder grade 7c+, onsight grade 8a, redpoint grade 8c/+). Matteo Manzoni, 14 years old from Bergamo, sport climber and boulderer, (boulder grade 8a+, onsight grade 7c, redpoint grade 8b+/c). Luca Bana, 17 years old from Bergamo, sport climber, (onsight grade 7c+, redpoint grade 8b).

The first event that will involve some of the climbers from the team will be at the Melloblocco, scheduled from the 30th of April to the 3rd of May in Val Masino.
