Route

Beautiful and fun route on a mountain which sees little traffic. The climbing is not particularly difficult and ideal for those who wish to enjoy a great day out in stunning scenery. The climb follows a logical line of weakness; the entire route needs protecting, including the belays (apart from the final two), established in a single day.

Descent

(this is what we did). Abseild down the route from the 6th belay, 55m, 5th belay 60m, 3rd belay 50m to reach the main gully, from here srcramble down 40° terrain or, with insufficient snow, make one more abseil. Bring slings to leave insitu.

- Alternativelu, from the summit abseil off the insut slings down the south face to the valley and then return on foot to the car (faster option, but needs confirming).
