Dean Potter free solos Separate Reality in Yosemite
Dean Potter free soloing Separate Reality in Yosemite in 2006. The 5.11d roof crack was freed by Ron Kauk in 1977 and climbed for the first time without a rope by Wolfgang Güllich in 1986. The second free solo was carried out by Heinz Zak in 2005, the third by Potter the following year.
