Route

Great mixed climb in Val Travenanzes in the Dolomites; short but intense, established without bolts and pegs. The climb can be combined with the other ice climbs such as 'Pilone Centrale', 'Trans Travenanzes', 'Attraversando Travenanzes' or 'Il soffio di Horus' since it can be reached easily from the ledge. The route is located next to the dagger 'Super Mario'.

Getting there
From Cortina take the road which leads towards Cimabanche. Access
From the car par follow the path downhill (10min) that leads down to the cross-country piste. Enter Val Travenanzes on this piste and then the forest road #401. After the characteristic Ponte Alto bridge, the forest paths fork. Follow the lefthand path to reach another bridge. Shortly after this, a path branches off to the right which enters the Travenanzes valley even more. (1.5 - 2.5 hours) Descent
