Chi non lavora non fa l'amore on the east face of Monte Monaco features very beautiful and varied slabs in the lower section. On the upper part of the wall, the route becomes steep. On the last two pitches, the rock is extremely in places.
Reach San Vito Lo Capo.
AccessFrom San Vito lo Capo head towards the Zingaro Nature Reserve, park 250 meters after the "La Tonnara" entrance. Continue on foot following the approach for the routes Via Sogni d’Oro and Fratelli Titt, from there proceed along the base of the wall for about 6 minutes to the start of the route. Allow 20 minutes total.

From the top of the route, continue north for approximately 100 meters until you reach the path for Monte Monaco. Follow thi to the left until it joins the forest road, which will lead you back to the paved road entering the town and back to the car.
GearA single 70-meter rope or double 50-meter ropes (recommended for a potential retreat), 15 quickdraws. The route is equipped with bolts and threads, while the belays are equipped with bolts and abseil rings.
