Pandora is the new sector in Masua, immediately to the left of the historic Castello dell'Iride crag, equipped between 2022 and 2023 by Maurizio Oviglia. The overhanging wall and the climbing is decidedly more athletic than the technical routes at Castello dell'Iride. The first pitch of the two historic multi-pitches, one by Enzo Lecis and one by Flaviano Bessone, have been completely rebolted.

Access

From the car park reach the entrance to the mine. Just before the Zio Lello bar follow the path on the right (signs); walk upwards diagonally right to reach the cliff at its left end, Placca dei Gigli Marini sector, with the routes Gotham, Goku etc. Ten meters above these follow a track leftwards (signposted) towards Pandora. Descend slightly to a first sector (Zoolook), then continue on level ground to reach a trail that leads quickly up to Pandora.

Period

The crag is ideal for cold or windy winter days.
