Route
This route winds its way through the easiest sections of the overhanging West Face of Lagazuoi Nord. At half height it traverses leftwards above the roofs along the lowest ledges (be careful not to traverse along the higher ledges). Its popularity ensures that there are plenty of pegs at the belays and hard sections.
Access
Approach the route from the rifugio Lagazuoi, situated next to the cable car. Follow the path no. 20 along scree slopes to the base of the wall. The start is immediately to the left of the grey pillar on the right-hand side. Allow 20 minutes for the walk-in. Descent
Walk rightwards along the summit scree and then scramble along the exposed ridge to reach the Banca di Lagazuoi saddle. Continue down the steep gully to the path and on up to the Lagazuoi saddle and the cable car, alternatively walk down the piste from here to the car. Gear
A set of wires, medium friends and kevlar threads.

dal mio diario:via eccezzionale come roccia e come linea.Evita con astuta traversata gli strapiombi della parete ovest. difficolta:IV/V con passi di V+ e VI- . Merita anche per i personaggi che l'anno aperta e il fascino del nome della via.

Me la ricordo come una via di vera soddisfazione: bei diedri sia gialli che grigi e un traverso di gran divertimento. C'erano solo i chiodi che servivano (15 anni fa). Ritorno sotto i fulmini (per cresta e canalone - attenzione -). Consigliabilissima.

Bella classica. Itinerario logico e roccia buona, un po' delicata all'inizio dell'ultimo tiro dato di 6-.Bellissimo il traverso e il gran diedro (proteggibile a friend e clessidre).

Salita molto bella e varia, la roccia è ottima.La chiodatura, al contrario di quello che riportano diverse relazioni è sufficiente sul traverso e sul tiro più difficoltoso (forse un pò sopravalutato), mentre nel gran diedro c'e solo un chiodo. Per fortuna ci si può proteggere a friends ... (Luca e Franco - CAI TREVIGLIO BG)
