Slackline Meeting in Austria
If you haven't decided yet what to do on 1-2 June, we recommend you travel to Austria's Tirol to take part in the first ever International Slackline meeting.

The event, organised by none other than the famous photographer and climber Heinz Zak, promises to be something out of the ordinary: budding slack rope walkers will be able to test their balance on slacklines 3m to 100m long, while the brave will be able to dabble on the 40m line 100m high above the Leutasch-Klamm.

Newcomers will be able to take part in the slackline-workshop, or learn the tricks of the trade from experts such as Dean Potter and Chongo, the so-called grandfather of this sport.

For a short history of this slacklining click here, while more info about the event can be gleamed from www.heinzzak.com. Supreme balance is a pre-requisite!
