SCARPARAPID GTX is the approach shoe designed to move quickly on mountain ground and to keep your foot dry even in rain situations. Ideal for technical trails, for the stages of approach to the walls to climb, easy to attach to the harness and good in steep and fast descents.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
UPPER SHOE: Fabric + Film The upper features a waterproof and abrasion resistant technical fabric with external cage in TPU heat-sealed film of lateral support and a mesh on the collar and tab anti pressure and anti impact to ensure durability and protection in sensitive areas such as malleoli and instep.4
LINING: Gore-Tex Invisible Fit Welded directly into the shoe, the lightweight construction is designed to be invisible, creating a feeling of comfort similar to that of the mesh.
FIT: The fit is precise and enveloping especially in the heel and instep area, thanks to the GORE-TEX Invisible Fit technology that is lightweight and perfectly integrated to the upper, eliminating wrinkles, noise, and reducing pressure points.
SOLE: Agility The midsole AGILITY in medium density compressed EVA accommodates in the areas of maximum weight discharge (heel and forefoot) low density EVA inserts to cushion impacts and increase comfort. This insert is specially designed asymmetrical to ensure precision and sensitivity during climbing
In the forefoot we also find the DYNAMIC PROTECTION SYSTEM (DPS) for a propulsion/reactivity function. In addition to optimizing motion control and energy management, this insert, placed between the sole and midsole, improves foot protection during the push phase for a reactive, effective and stable roll.
