In April 2016 Anna Stöhr and Juliane Wurm travelled to Japan to find our more about this fascinating country which in 2020 will host the first-ever Olympic Games that will include sport climbing, and also to get a taste of the country's bouldering. Relying on expert guides Yuji Hirayama, Akiyo Noguchi, Yuka Kobayashi and Sachi Amma to show them around, the two top European boulderers ventured around Tokyo and up onto the slopes of Mt. Mizugaki.
