UP European Climbing report

The fourth edition of UP - European Climbing report edited by Maurizio Oviglia and Eugenio Pinotti and published by Versante Sud will go to press on 20 March.

For the fourth year running Versante Sud will publish its UP - European Climbing report edited by Maurizio Oviglia and Eugenio Pinotti. This annual reportage summarises a year of European climbing activity, from bouldering to mixed ice climbing.

This edition includes: 7 detailed articles to the discover and discuss the ideas, people and ascents which marked the European vertical scene last year. 209 important ascents by mountaineers, climbers, boulderers and ice climbers, recounted on a chronological basis throughout Europe. 72 pages dedicated to new climbing areas from Spain to Turkey, with detailed topos and maps.
