Another great creation by the legendary Alessandro Jaccod. On the second pitch do not belay on the old peg belay on the left, but continue on to the top and belay on the right (bolts).

GETTING THERE

Take the Turin - Aosta motorway, exit at Pont Saint Martin and continue north along the SR44 into Valle di Gressoney. Continue to Gressoney la Trinitè and leave the car in the Punta Jolanda car park next to bar "Favre".

ACCESS

The icefall is clearly visible on the left of bar "Favre" and can be reached in just 10 minutes.

DESCENT

Abseil descent. Bolt belays.

Normal ice climbing gear
