The fifth stage of the Lead World Cup took place in Puurs, Belgium last weekend and was won by Maja Vidmar and Ramón Julian Puigblanque. The two beat Mina Markovic and Johanna Ernst and Tomasz Mrazek and Jorg Verhoeven, second and third respectively.

Competing in Kranj, on 18/11 Maja Vidmar from Slovenia and Patxi Usobiaga from Spain won the Lead World Cup 2007. The Slovenian stage was won by Vidmar ahead Irati Anda Villanueva (ESP) and Lucka Franko (SLO), while Swiss Cédric Lachat won the men's event ahead of Flavio Crespi (ITA) and Tomasz Mrazek (CZE).
The seventh stage of the World Cup Lead was held in Valence (Fra) last weekend and was won by Patxi Usobiaga from Spain and Maja Vidmar from Slovenia.

The Bouldering competition was won by Dmitry Sharafutdinov and Anna Stöhr, while the Speed event was won by Qixin Zhong and Tatiana Ruyga (RUS). The Combined title (Lead, Boulder and Speed) was won by Jenny Lavarda and Dmitry Sharafutdinov.
All the best athletes have qualified for Saturday's Semifinal in the Lead World Championship 2007 in Aviles, Spain.

The second edition of the ARCO ROCK LEGENDS took place in Arco (Trentino, Lake Garda, Italy) on 07/09/07. Patxi Usobiaga from Spain won the second SALEWA ROCK AWARD while David Lama from Austria won the LA SPORTIVA COMPETITION AWARD.
