RockEmpire State Building

An outstanding and spectacular route, more technical than at first appearance. The final pitches up the spur are truly genial! The crack pitch is not easy for those not used to crack climbing will find the crack pitch extremely difficult, but in reality it is not harder than 6b+.
ACCESS
From Rifugio Torino (3375m) traverse west towards Col des Flambeaux. From here continue beneath the cable car and left to then continue at altitude towards the inconfoundable Grand Capucin. Continue left past Trient du Tacul and Chandelle du Tacul to reach Clocher du Tacul.
DESCENT
Abseil down the route.
GEAR
Friends up to #3.5 (for the large crack).

Gli ultimi tiri sono geniali!! Complimenti agli apritori (ma come avete fatto a chiodare in certe posizioni?). Il tiro di 7c è durissimo (evviva i blockettari!) soprattutto i moschettonaggi. Comunque si fa bene in A0.

Via goduriosa! Molto bello slo spigolone in alto, ma anche i primi tiri, dove la chiodatura non è proprio da falesia, hanno il loro bel perché...
