Pizzeria is a beautiful and difficult crag above the town Dro, just a few minutes away from Arco, Northern Italy's most famous climbing destination. Ideal for spring and autumn, this east facing crag tends not to be crowded due to the difficulty of the routes. This slightly overhanging sheet of grey and yellow limestone was first bolted by Gianguido Dalfovo and Lino Celva and its technica, crimpy routes require great stamina. A 70m rope is obligatory.

Access

From Arco take the SS45bis towards Trento, then turn left for Dro. From the center of Dro cross River Sarca nd continue along Via Cesare Battisti, then turn left and drive up to the sports center at Oltra. Park here. From here walk along the dirt road through the olive trees, left and downhill initially. At the small church turn off right and walk up the SAT path signposted for San Giovanni. After about 250 meters leave this path and follow the obvious track towards the base of the rock face. The last stretch ascends some fixed ropes. 15 minutes. The crag is not suitable for children.

Period

The crag faces east and is ideal for spring and autumn.
