Bérhault and Magnin to climb 82 4000m peaks in 82 days
The Frenchmen Partick Berhault and Phillip Magnin are currently attempting to climb all 82 4000m Alpine peaks in just 82 days.

  On the 1st of March Patrick Bérhault and Philippe Magnin began their tour of all eightytwo 4000m peaks in the Alps. Not content with "simply" climbing all of the highest summits, the duo have decided to raise the stakes and complete the tour in just 82 consecutive days. Impossible? Pehaps.The project requires enormous stamina reserves, and the Frenchmen will be climbing day-in day-out, regardless of weather conditions. Patrick Bérhault is no newcomer to projects of this kind. In 2001 he completed his much acclaimed Alpine Traverse, climbing many of the Alps classic rock routes from Slovenia to France in 167 days. Good luck Patrick & Philippe!
