Gerovrachos is an excellent addition to Leonidio above the La maison des chevres sector, at the top of the hill and therefore often windy and refreshing when it’s too warm to climb elsewhere.

Despite poor conditions, the crag was developed in winter 2014 by myself and Vincent Lauzon and at present it hosts seven routes from 7a+ to 8b+, when fully developed it should have around 15 very good routes.

The rock quality is excellent and the routes are really amazing, up superb tufas. The natural setting is beautiful and wild, with it's view above on the mountain around. If you’re lucky you might even see some big turtles!
