"Roughly an hour of pull-ups and Campus Board until I begin to feel tired then, with weights on, laps on the board which last 11 minutes, during which I also do 50 pull-ups. 5 minutes rest and 50 push-ups. And then it all begins again!" Here, in short, the training session of Austrian climber Markus Bendler, the winner of the Ice Climbing World Cups 2009 and 2010 and 2009 World Champion.
