The ascent dates back to 20 March during a blazing fortnight which saw the 18-year-old from the Czech Republic culminate his trip with the first free ascent of a 9b and another 8c+ on-sight on the very same day at this Spanish crag.

The secret to his success? Adam attempts to explain his on-sight approach "I just try to climb as efficiently as possible, in just the same way as if I was redpointing, doing no mistakes, making quick decisions. And if you're lucky enough, and your decisions are right, then it's almost the same as redpointing, no?!"
