| Thang La, Tibet This 360° panorama was taken from the Thang La mountain pass in Tibet at 5200m. It connects Kathmandu to Lhasa and offers sweeping views past Buddhist prayer flags to the distant Jugal Himal mountain chain. At least ten of these peaks are over 6500m, but they are dwarfed by the imposing Shisha Pangma 8013m, engulfed in clouds to the right. |
